Debrief Forms
Thank you for supporting South Carolina Public Libraries! Communicating the importance and value of public libraries to legislators is of critical importance. Please take a moment to fill out the PLAD debrief form after you make your visits at the State House. We will have copies of this form available onsite. We will use these forms to assess our efforts this year and in coming years.
