8:30 - 9:30 Pick up PLAD materials in Blatt Building Room 101 (Get any last-minute calendar changes and information)
9:15 Arrival of Supporters - Distribute Ribbons, Stickers and posters in lobby in front of Senate and House Chambers (Second Floor)
9:50 All Supporters Need to be in Lobby area of Rotunda (Outside Governor's Office - First Floor)
10:00 Community Meeting Starts
Welcome – Todd Stephens, Co-Chair of APLA Legislative Committee
10:05 Beth McNeer, President of the SC Association of Public Library Administrators
10:10 C. David Warren, Richland County Public Library Director

10:40 Return to Second Floor lobby to distribute ribbons, stickers, posters
